A book filled with so many pearls!
This was one of the best books I have listened to and it was an easy and enjoyable listen. Paul Etchison has so many real life examples of what its like to run a dental practice. I have learned so much from this book alone even having taking various practice management courses in the past that did not have as much ROI. This book will pay itself back with so many ready to use systems and checklists that will help you to run a well organized and efficient practice. There are a lot of anecdotes that makes Paul very relatable and he shares the strategies to overcome common stressors that are ever present in running a successful dental practice. I would highly recommend listening to this book!
