I’ve seen the movie a few years back, but I don’t remember being this emotional about it. This book is beautiful.

Shamim did a beautiful job not only writing but narrating this story. I had to pause so many times because I was so full of emotions. Would recommend this to anyone with a passion for history and tragic love stories.
