I really struggled to get into this book. in fact I haven't yet finished it. 1. characters are very 2 dimensional no real chemistry . not just the main couple but with any of the characters . 2. Story was boring. the drama was more of an after thought. 3. in a high stakes situation like they where supposedly in, why was a non essential person allowed to come and go so freely. I dont care how trusted she was it was highly suspicious and unprofessional. Narrator was decent. can't see investing in more of the series .

ok I've now finished it. if anything my annoyance is even higher. the whole last drama with Olivia seriously!!! made no sense, didn't add to the story in any way.
plus the whole partnership.... really 1 case that didn't go smoothly and yet let's make him an equal partner. I can't even .
