Joddelyn Anderson used to spend everyday hiding from her childhood and living under a false identity to escape her painful life. She suffered tremendous loss as a young girl, then allowed herself to be catapulted into fame at only 18 and lost what remained of who she once was. Using that false identity she achieved the fame she had desired and managed to be the star she once never saw herself as.
Her journey to fame held many obstacles. The only way for her to get the notoriety she so desired, Joddelyn had to give up her family and body. For almost 20 years she sacrificed her sanity, health, dignity and possibly her future to have a few cameras flash in her direction. She never thought it would end and she trusted everybody in her circle. Then it all came crashing down and what she had given her entire life up for, was taken from her in a matter of hours. In her memoir, Joddelyn is exposing all of her secrets, the pain from her past and those that tried to escape the fire they started around her.
After 20 years, Joddelyn finally realized that hiding the truth will only bring forth a monster in the end.
