The only reason for the 4 star review is due to the audio quality for the first half, wich can't be helped as this was recorded at a retreat in the early 90's. Great content though.

While I'd recommend this series of talks to anyone, I gave it a slightly lower rating because, for whatever reason, the other speaker just doesn't resonate with me as much as Ram Dass. I think this is to do with their choice of subject matter. In any case, you might feel differently. Listen and find out.

Ram Dass sections make up about 50% of the book.
