Seasoning, cleaning, and cooking.

This audiobook contains a lot of information, tips and tricks on different cooking techniques. I'm not a good cooker, but I like how the narrator described the recipes to follow the cooking techniques. I'm happy that I bought this audiobook because I can hear it as many times as I want to try to remember all the tips and tricks for cast iron. Finally, I want to share this with my kids for generations. I thank the author for his hard work.
