À propos de cet audio

Do you know who’s listening?

From the minds behind Law & Order comes a razor-sharp thriller about privacy, power, and the people listening in.

When a bombing rocks New York City, former Marine Hunter Stevens and his team at Southerly—a new NSA surveillance program listening to Americans through their smart devices—race to track down those responsible. But when Hunter's daughter vanishes without a trace during the investigation, he makes a desperate choice to exploit the system’s vast surveillance network to find her. The decision sets off a chain reaction—exposing corruption, betrayal, and a deeper conspiracy within Southerly itself. Now a target of his own government, Hunter must outmaneuver the program he helped build to uncover the truth before it’s too late.

Eavesdropper is a propulsive, high-stakes thriller about privacy, power, and the cost of protecting those we love.

Great! love Matt Dillon

I thought the premise was good, but execution was mid-range. The only one that stuck out as not 'overacting' was Matt Dillon. The mother and daughter weren't likeable characters.
Thank goodness this was free! This story ended abruptly- like it ended 3/4 into the story. If a part 2 comes out (to provide a resolution), I'm not sure I'd give it a listen.

unfinished story

the story was gripping and engaging. but the ending wasn't good enough unless there is a part two or something

Godd story and performance but not so great ending

The story was going along just fine then it stops. Why? The voices and acting were great but why start a story if you aren’t going to finish it. My time is valuable. This was frustrating.

The story just stops…

Honestly, I don't think there is any good or advantages for this book to be in Dolby and having special actor.doing the performance. It doesn't change anything or doesn't make it any better. On the contrary, the void it leaves like when you are watching a movie scene and your eyes understand what you see now you are supposed to understand the noise without actually seeing it?!?! It is so awkward. I much prefer a book who describes the characters "opens the door to Hunter's office..." then hearing the door noise over and over it is so annoying. Not my cut of tea.

Does it needed to be that theatrical?
