A murder and a masquerade.

Brianna loves her new job as maid to Lady Marguerite. Like many high nobles, Marguerite is attended by echoes, silent creatures who look exactly like her and move in perfect synchronicity. I truly enjoyed the tale and the new Shinn world to explore. I'm about to purchase the next two to finish the series. The narrator, however, was overly perky to my ears which distracted from the story. It was endurable (hence my willingness to get the others) but I'm looking forward to the print edition.
