Hundreds of years ago, Hallowmus chose Edgar Edwin Wisher to grant wishes to the children of Wishington, instead of his half sister Helga Renee Rattleburg. Helga became bitter and even obsessed with Edgar’s Wish Factory. She descended upon the small town of Wishington, leaving behind nightmares for the children on the eve of Halloween.
