I have come to love this author. I find all her books captivating from the first chapter. Again, this book didn’t disappoint. It is apparent that Umrigar does her research before writing to keep it as authentic as possible. While I have been generally drawn to her stories set in India, I was thoroughly impressed with how well she wrote this story set in the States. Highly suggested read!!! 5 stars!
