I love that it has guidance but at the same time it gives you lots of silence periods (pauses) to be with yourself; and that you can slowly increment your meditation time. I barely noticed to go from 5 to 20 min of meditation.
I found other guided meditations are full of voice and sounds that can be distracting. This is not the case. I appreciate the calming and relaxing experience.

Excellent guided meditation practice. Caesar is easy to listen to, very relaxing and calming. I like the progression from 5 to 20 minutes of meditation over the course of the 20 practices. I loved the introduction to new breathing techniques. Whether you are new to meditation or if you have been practicing for 20 years like myself, it will definitely help with your mindfulness practice and overall sense of wellbeing. I highly recommend Everyday Meditation. Loved it.

The speaker has a lot of energy amd enthusiasm as he guides us through mindfullness meditation the 4x4x4 breathing I found particularly helpful

This is a great way to ease into a simple daily meditation practice. Little by little you learn to just « be ». Nothing more, nothing less.

I have tried many meditation apps and audio series but this one is by far the best out there. It goes through many approaches and combines them in the final day. I am now on day 100 of this 20 day meditation. Thank you!

I did not enjoy the narrator's style and technique . it left me feeling like I was missing something . but it was free so can't really complain too much .
