I’ve listened to this book twice in the last week. Very relatable sound advice. Owning a young fast growing construction company it was very reassuring and easy to relate to Horst’s wisdom. To go above and beyond to serve the customer. Focusing on empowering out crews to be ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.

Understanding Horst’s focus and pride in what he does for his customers, it’s very clear why he organization has such great reputation.
