À propos de cet audio
Exchanging in The Zone: Passing God’s Word to the Next Generation.
In the Exchange Zone, there are several events that will take place. First, an incoming runner who is responsible makes a safe handoff to their teammate. Then, the outgoing runner begins to accelerate, receives the baton, and proceeds toward the next exchange zone to hand off the baton. This is how history works. Despite all the advances in technology, science, and medicine, the one constant that should have been handed off to the next generation is teaching their children and their children's children about who God is, love, and relationships. For whatever reason, in the exchange zone, there wasn't a clean handoff, and the baton was dropped. The outgoing runner failed to turn back and pick it up and continue towards the next exchange zone.
We have been living in a decomposition world. There is no question that parents, the church, and other religious institutions have failed to teach the Bible (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth) to their children. The impact of not teaching biblical truths has impacted our world. The challenging question is whether stakeholders who invest in our youth are willing to turn around, pick up the baton, and hand off to the next generation of biblical truths, principles, and Divine Truths?
William Anderson was raised in the church and has continued to model Christlike behaviors. An educator for grades k-12 and post-secondary education. He taught Sunday School and CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine) for several years and rededicated his life to the Lord.
