Transforming , inspiring , probably life-saving book

After receiving (successful) acupuncture treatments, I was more interested in the science behind it as well as other vibrational medicines which is why I wanted to read this book. I love that this is written by a doctor. This book gave many examples of scientific tests, procedures and explains how and why alternative medicines may be effective for some people and conditions. His explanation of how crystals transmit energy was great. I wasn't really keen on the parts about out of body experiences, though. The narrator is also the author and he has a pleasant voice. I listen to this book over and over again as there is so much valuable information to take from it. Would recommend for anyone interested (or skeptical) of these practices!
