Dennis is great!
I love the anxiety guy podcast and was very excited he finally has a book! Dennis's approach to overcoming anxiety was life changing for me. Thank you for the work you do! It really is changing people's lives - mine included. The only thing I didn't like was that Dennis is not narrating, but after the first few chapters I didn't really notice anymore.
