Hope County, Montana. Land of the free and the brave, but also home to a fanatical doomsday cult known as The Church of Eden’s Gate that has slowly been infiltrating the residents’ daily lives in the past years.

Mary May Fairgrave, a local barkeep, has lost almost everything to the Church: her parents died in suspicious conditions and her brother, entranced by the cult leader’s charismatic words, has vanished. The narrator is great, but story is not as good.
I just liked the fact that it's from the Ubisoft Far Cry gaming universe, which I really love.

Can’t believe I didn’t know this book existed until I googled “books like Far Cry 5”. Eden’s Gate and Hope County, Montana make for some of the most interesting fictional cult action I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing (and now reading/listening). Makes me want to replay the game for the third time. Everything about this was fantastic!! I’m sad it’s over

If you like cults, thrills in small town America, or Far Cry, get this book!!
