The narrator completely ruined this story for me. She sounds like she is an 80 year old grandmother. Not the voice you want to hear telling the story of a young girl. Her narration was awful, terrible timing, the voices she used for other characters made my skin crawl. And she read way to fast. Especially through scenes you know made her uncomfortable.
This book may have had a better chance with a different narrator. For sure I will never ever purchase another audio book being narrated bu this person.
