I just wanted to hug Brody at several parts in the story. His vulnerability and fear of being abandoned was heartbreaking. Bria has her own troubled history and that makes her very afraid to love. The heat between them jumped off the page and Brody definitely had a filthy mouth. But it was the sweet moments that really made this story. Despite Brody’s best attempts to keep Bria at a distance because he believes she deserves better, he can’t quite stay away.

If you combine how sweet Brody is with his dirty talk and his vulnerability - you have the perfect book boyfriend. Bria has overcome a difficult childhood and is a strong, independent woman. She doesn't need a man, but with how sweet and caring Brody is toward her she can't help but fall for him along with us! Really great story.
