À propos de cet audio
Up until now, Montana's gotten by pretending he's a regular guy.
Well, a regular, overpowered, god-defeating guy who maybe just learned his hair is in all the wrong places.
But the big city is calling, and in order to succeed there, Montana must actually prove himself a deserving duke.
If Glaton finds him lacking, Coggeshall could be forced into even further isolation.
But if Glaton falls in love with him, the regular guy from Motor City could end up with limitless power, in charge of it all.
And just like that, the fate of the entire Empire is in Montana's hands.

This will be the first time I have ever felt the need to actually leave a review. Ive listened to my fair share of audio books by now and this is the first time. That's how bad it was.
I was at one point nearing the end of the book yelling at my dash for him to do something or anything intelligent. It's like a train wreck that keeps going and all you can do is listen.
I've mostly had a love hate relationship with this series. I've enjoyed it for the most part but sometimes the main character is just awful to listen to and I cant help thinking " Why am I listening to this?". However this book takes that feeling and cranks it to 11. It's like listening to Joey from friends try to complete an escape room while missing both his arms. He is completely useless at everything he does and makes no rational decisions at any point.
Its exhausting to listen to a story where the only reason the plot continues forwards is because the main Character has the IQ of a hamster. The entire plot of the book is him getting himself into stupid situations and than fighting his way out by ripping things in half with his big muscles. Than once out of said dangerous situation he doesn't punish the bad guys or try to expose them to whatever/ or whomever should be made aware of the situation. He just gets upset and than leavs. He doesn't learn from his mistakes he just continues to do stupid thing after stupid thing with no real repercussions.
The worst part is that I was really looking forward to the next installment of this series. And I just kept kicking myself for getting my hopes up. What a let down. The books are too short and frustrating to justify spending the credit.
Worst book of the series. Waste of a credit.
