Scenes set well, but poor character motivation and dev

Overall, a well crafted vision of a world that doesn't notice its supernatural denisins. Unfortunately, the character motivations and metal states are slapped into place, not evolved. Hey look, that guy lives there. I met him once, and decide I love him with no other interactions. Oh, that guy got out of his car and said 'hey lady. He must be here to kill me for that thing I did and stuff.

So, no to the story, but solid voice actor.
