Loved the story but the narration was horrible

The only downside for me was the narrator. If I didn't enjoy the book as much as I did, I would have returned it. It was very obvious that she was sick and kept sniffling and was congested so bad in parts of it, I actually thought it was 2 different people.

The woman who performed the book did sound like she was working through a cold. It was unfortunate but you can def hear her clearing her throat and it is clear where she stopped and started again as her voice is a completely different tone or pitch.
Even with the performance being a bit lacking the book was still amazing and I would not let the comments about the performance put you off. It is well worth the listen.
