A lifelong learner, world traveler, and passionate genealogist, Jim wrote From Fields to Fulfillment to preserve his story for future generations and reflect on a life shaped by struggle, growth, forgiveness, and unexpected good fortune.

Told in two parts—before and after the Vietnam War—Jim’s story is equal parts memoir, family chronicle, genealogical archive, and source of inspiration.
