À propos de cet audio
Holly
For as long as Holly could remember, storytelling was her escape from a tumultuous home life.
But when her Creative Writing Professor criticizes her year-end paper as "stale" and suggests she "write from experience," she's left feeling defeated. After all, her only experiences involve keeping her alcoholic parents from fighting and dealing with a cheating ex.
Everything changes when Holly receives an unexpected early Christmas present to Scotland from her parents. Determined to rejuvenate her writing and tick items off her “fuck-it list”, she hopes her professor's advice will finally pay off.
The trip also means spending time with her brother's sinfully sexy best friend, Aaron Walker.
With "What happens in Scotland, stays in Scotland" as her mantra, Holly is ready to take control of her life. There's just one problem: Aaron has made it clear she's off-limits.
Can Holly convince Aaron that she's the one calling the shots in her life, not her brother?
Aaron
Aaron has had a crush on Holly since she was thirteen, and he was fifteen. But the bro code of not messing with your best friend’s sister has kept him from acting on it. It was easy enough when he moved back to Scotland from South Africa and there were at least 6500 miles between them. But now she’s here in Scotland for Christmas and she’ll be living in his inn with him while on holiday.
The proximity is hard enough for Aaron, but when Holly begs for his help with her “fuck-it list”, he knows he is in deep trouble. Especially since Item Three is…Lose Virginity.
Unable to resist Holly, he agrees to help.
But will his decision cost him his best friend? And Holly?
