The Caroline Series began with "Halfway to Heaven: Caroline’s Story" (Book 1), which punished the guilty. Next came "Nearer to Heaven: Caroline’s Journey" (Book 2), and the self-righteous were called out. This is the finale, "Gates of Heaven: Caroline’s Adversity" (Book 3).
Eyvonne reveals how Caroline’s father laid the foundation for her to become the perfect wife, employee, mother, and friend in order to try to keep calm and order.
