Had to stop listening
Very frustrating. Listened to several chapters, two of them had quizzes that were rattled off without the questions being numbered. Grabbed paper and pen and wrote them down. But could not figure out at times where one question started and another ended as they were not numbered. Scoring system was therefore inaccurate. After the second quiz being rattled off and my results not making any sense I gave up. I did look for a pdf attachment hoping to find the quizzes, but none could be found. All in all a frustrating experience.

Incredibly irritating due to self-obsessed guy
This author must have mentioned his name more than 1000 times during the first half of the book. his style is very indirect and he takes hours to get to a point that should be delivered in minutes. sigh... waste of my time and money

Disappointing
My preference is always for an audiobook that is narrated by the author as they can tell their story with emotion and inflections that a third party narrator cannot reproduce. However, in this case, Gitomer narrates like an army sergeant rattling off bullet points.
Storytelling is what draws in the reader or listener and keeps them engaged. In this book there is no story, no engagement. Just a grocery list of facts which, for me, made it difficult to remain interested. I returned the audiobook.

Jeffrey Gitomer!!!
As other have said. This man decided his “quotes” were the only ones worth putting in his book. He quotes himself 2-3 times every 5 mins.
His delivery sounds cocky and arrogant. He makes it seem he is the ONLY person who knows sales.
Nothing new or profound here.
Disclosure. I am writing this with a little over an hour left. I’m only finishing it so JEFFREY GITOMER doesn’t get disappointed in me for not seeing it through.

Jeffrey Gitomer
If you didn't catch his name on the title, don't worry, you will hear it over 200 times before you get halfway through the book. It is such a shame, i was excited to listen to this book and to learn something but i could not get past how often he said his name. Maybe the print version is different but i cannot recommend listening to it. Besides saying his name too much he is excellent at speaking, getting his point across, and has many valuable points and views. One thing is for sure, i will never forget his name!

Helpful and straight to the point
Enjoyed listening to this book and thought the content was useful and provided some good inspiration for productivity and “GSD” but the author says his name way too much and that became very annoying. It might work in print form as I think he’s reading pull-quotes and citing his name afterwards but in audio form this just became very irritating. I would probably give it 3.5 if I could for that, but I liked the content and can look past the repetitive “Jeffery Gitomer”.

nice listen
This is a nice start, more geared towards a work frame of mind. I enjoyed it none the less and did find some insightful take aways from this listen.

A well-meaning title but with poor delivery
The tone of the book put off whatever positive message it meant to convey. Gaslighting people finding reasons not to complete tasks or keep to habits instead of empathetically reaching a solution does not endear the author to the reader, neither does the seemingly endless self quotation which also makes the book feel more anecdotal than researched.
Even if the book has useful information, the price of wading through the tone of the content became too high for me to want to pay. Stopped after 2hrs play.

His ego is so loud I couldn’t hear anything else
After he quoted himself (literally saying something and then saying “Jeffrey Gittomer” I couldn’t stand to listen anymore.

this guy loves his own name
The amount of times he says his own name is ridiculous. it got to a point where I think he's actually trolling.
