This guy has no credentials or qualifications to provide any advice on self mastery. Most the "scientific stats" facts that he states have no actual basis in scientific study. He offers nothing new iin the chapters I listened to and even misquotes other authors in his attempt to make his case. Up until chapter 5, I was barely hanging on to his droning, expressionless presentation. And then he lets us know over and over again that how masturbation and watching pornography is the enemy of success. He then offers relationship advice that apparently only applies if that marriage is between a man and a women. His barely disguised bigotry was enough to make me stop. I haven't ever written a bad review of an audiobook before, hoping to save others the money. I wish I never bought it
