Caleb Mitchell gave up everything to protect his home. I’m not keen on audio books that have the Hero get pummelled over and over again, loosing friends and lovers….WARNING SOME PLOT coming: oh and the best part, a complete description of how his neighbour’s slaughtered and house destroyed….pretty depressing. Bottom line: don’t listen to this over Christmas Holidays! It’s rather Depressing….well after what was a long time trying to avoid this title I decided to finish it…wow….we’re talking morbid, dark,bleak,desolate. I jumped off my balcony….I was on the bottom floor so the only thing I did was scare a Cat……..

so bloated and uninteresting. we spend an entire chapter on the death of a girl who was only in the book for a couple paragraphs. the majority of the story is more about where the main character puts his manhood than it is about anything scifi or war related. with lines like "I emptied myself inside of her". this is closer to soft core porn than it is a scifi story.

there is a reason it's free.
