À propos de cet audio

Freed from the dungeon, Tad now has a wider world to explore, even as he is pursued by an enemy intent on using Tad's power for his own ends.

More of his forgotten past will be revealed even as he finds out more about his place in the multiverse. New allies and new enemies will appear.

This is a good story with a good narrator. My only real issue is that there are 4 full chapters of just repeating the stats of the MC. There are nearly 3 hours of stats in those chapters.

Good book but...

The plot is still very interesting that I will continue to series despite the problems, but I do hope the author/narrator make some improvements:
* the start of the book is too slow - every scene has too much description and MC's thought like to wander all over the place, but the pacing does noticeable improve in later half
* I do not like the interludes revealing the background settings and schemings. They add tension (bad), and eliminate all the mystery and surprise (good)
* the last big fight was not choreographed well - there were multiple instances of "MC just stands there watching". This is the downside of a fixed PoV, but I would prefer missing details of the battle rather than feeling frustrated at MC's inaction.
* narrator like to shout dramatically during fights, and it can get tiresome, both to listerners and to the narrator himself (I can hear his voice cracking when a fight dragged on for a little too long)

addicting plot with flaws
