Very boring everything is explained in detail no real excitement except a women down and out gets an inheritance from her aunt

Very boring nothing to the story . Explains every little thing

Good characters. Interesting story line. Heartwarming. Kind of story l like to listen to while doing long boring tasks, cooking, spring cleaning, etc. Beautiful seaside setting.

This series was hard to put down. I loved the characters in this book. These were the first books I heard from this author.

While each book in the series can be listened too and enjoyed separately, it is more like one long book in eight parts. They should definitely be listened too in order for best enjoyment.

The story is great. LOVE the mother- daughter relationship.
However, in not sure if I like how Georgia is made to sound so ignorant. She's only 53. 😅

Story wise, it fells like a Hallmarks-ish series. It is slow going and there are a lot of descriptions, but it doesn’t shock me, especially since it seems to be created for Audible. Lots of descriptions so we can really visualize every moment and movement.

As for narration, the women have robot-like voices from time to time. Not the worst I’ve heard, but not great either.

Great fluffy story. The narrator sounds like Siri. I almost stopped listening because of it, but you get used to it. I’m going listen to the whole series

Narrator takes some getting used to

Don’t bother listening to this story unless you plan on listening to them all as they all stop in the most random spots. This series was perfect for listening as I spent hours packing my house for a move. The story is cute and predictable. The narration borders on awful - it would be better listening with only one narrator.
