Description

It's okay.

I got this on impulse and mostly regret it. Mine appears to be the minority opinion, which is fair enough. This was my first introduction to the "Warhammer: Age of Sigmar" setting so maybe if I knew more about the factions and characters and whatnot I would have felt more connected to what was going on? It came across as barely a story and while the idea of dwarven airships and sky pirates was cool it all ended just as I was starting to get into it. No spoilers, but the way it ends seems to require prior knowledge of a specific piece of lore from the setting to have any resonance.
The narration is not exactly "bad", just really over the top in a way that didn't work for me. I wanted to like it more than I did, but it was in the end not a terrible way to pass the time while driving.
