Life can get pretty crazy at times, leaving us engulfed in a tornado of many challenging events. The events we let to demoralize us and how we handle them is dependent on our emotional resilience.

To put it plainly, our emotional resilience is what stands in the gap and keeps us from losing it, especially when it seems like everything is falling apart.
