Easy listening

As a male, this book is written for females firstly, but anyone can apply the techniques offered.
I’m also a USN veteran- a sailor at heart. So while F bombs don’t bother me, there were too many in this book in my opinion. I do understand the usage to emphasize but keep it in check.
So if you’re female you’ll connect with this book likely. If you’re masculine, you’ll probably put it down, but you ought not to as it’s worth finishing and implementing the strategies laid out.
