I’m not sure why but I couldn’t get into these characters. They seemed forced, without depth and without emotion. No chemistry either, rather it was like forcing yourself to go to bed with someone you are disgusted with. I thought I’d love the male lead but his way of life disgusted me and left me feeling dirty and uncomfortable. Although I finished the story I skipped a good 8 chapters.
