While this book wasn’t exactly unpredictable it was an excellent quick listen. Hooked from the first Page and listened almost in one sitting. A really fun listen.

It was suspenseful and had me captive. I enjoyed the remote cabin suspenseful murder mystery vibe.

Suspenseful narration and mean girl vibes

Overall the build up and initial story are amazing. The characters are good, plus I didn't have to use a credit. When the big moment is revealed it just fell a bit flat, as if there was a rush to end the story.

I thought the story was okay, déjà vu, kinda predictable but for me the biggest disappointment was the main character. I thought that for her job profile she was making poor decisions and just felt weak. It was just very disappointing. Overall just an okay read.
