There really isn't anything to dislike, except maybe my house took a beating from lack of cleaning.

the detail, the humor, the passion, the different story lines leading to the next book. Just loved this series.

I wanted to see the intelligence and wisdom that grows from hardship but found a shrewish lady. The Laird was gentle and understanding which was interesting considering his growth path but I hung in this slow moving tale.
