À propos de cet audio

Uncover the secret to financial success with advice from self-made millionaire Felix Dennis.

Felix Dennis is an expert at proving people wrong. Starting as a college dropout with no family money, he created a publishing empire, founded Maxim magazine, made himself one of the richest people in the UK, and had a blast in the process.

How to Get Rich is different from any other book on the subject because Dennis isn’t selling snake oil, investment tips, or motivational claptrap. He merely wants to help people embrace entrepreneurship, and to share lessons he learned the hard way. He reveals, for example, why a regular paycheck is like crack cocaine; why great ideas are vastly overrated; and why “ownership isn't the important thing, it’s the only thing.”

I've read many books on the subject of getting rich, this is the only one that's ever inspired me to action. Having said that it almost encourages you not to get rich, and somehow shows you that there are better, more meaningful things to do in life. Anyways I found this book inspiring, fulfilling and entertaining!

Best book on the subject of getting rich.

Terrible title but it gets your attention. Thankfully the rest of the book is unlike any other 'self help' book. Its raw, real and practical. If you've run a business or been in business so much resonates and reinvigorates. Even if you're not trying to get rich. Very worth a listen,.

Brilliant, Witty, Engaging and Practical

The man tells you how to get rich from a series of personal anecdotes collected over the years as he made his own fortune.
This super rich author is clearly not writing this book for the money! He's already got plenty. Sounds like a passion project that kept him busy in retirement as he takes us down his memory lane while sharing tips and key concept that worked for him in accumulating a massive wealth. VERY GOOD STUFF!
But keep in mind this man made his fortunes in print media and publishing magazines... Not the most topical industry to get into today, but one can definitely learn a lot from his mindset and approach to things.

Insightful and entertaining

I don’t like the title.

Content is second to none. One of my favourite business books now.

Better than title suggests
