Dense and hard to listen to

This book is extremely dense in terms of informational content. In and of itself that might not be a problem, provided it was read in a more conversational tone, by a human. However due to the fact that it was read by a robot, which seems to miss some grammatical nuances it was hard to absorb. If my mind wandered for even a second, I missed something vital. After my first listen through I would say I got maybe 10% of the information down, and that's an optimistic figure.

I intend to listen to it multiple times, but I think it should be regarded as a supplement to other materials such as a real textbook. If you are in medical school, I'm not, I imagine this would be very helpful. My other criticism is that a couple of the question answers were garbled and mixed up at the end of chapters. In short, it has the relevant information, but if the authors want to provide a better, more helpful product, they should get someone who does that sort of thing, to read it. Maybe add some visualizations as well. This seems to be the only product not it's kind, but if people really start buying it, I would strongly consider fixing these issues.
