She speaks too fast!

The idea of the book is nice but the narrator is not great. she speaks fast, as if she wants to finish the chapter as soon as possible. hard to enjoy it.

Just what I needed

I heard about this in a podcast I was listening to and I bought it right after. I am going to give the 21 day challenge a go and see what happens.

C3P0 huffs helium and narrates

I could not get through even 10 minutes of this. For a book about calming mindfulness the narration is robotic and rushed. The question and answer format was off putting.
