I have the hard copy and audible copy. Love of self has become complicated. Sometimes less is more. Its my new-old approach to joy and teaching joy by example. All occasions and universally appropriate.

This is a great book to share with anyone of all ages and sex who doubt themselves, haven't found a purpose or has not found love for themselves. I will most definitely share this book.

Great book!

I am a holistic doctor, and love my kiddos! Each month I hold a wellness book club with two other health professionals.. This was the book that I chose for my kiddos for the topic of unity an it fit perfectly in with our theme.

the actual "book" is less than 4 minutes

I loved this passage. the content itself was great, i wish it were advertised differently (maybe i misread something?) but the actual "book" is the entire sample. I wish I didn't spend a whole credit on what is pretty much free in the sample.
