In 1980, two teenagers met during the summer for the first time. Joe was from Arkansas where he lived with his grandparents. He was in Bartlesville visiting his mom for the summer. While working at a summer job, he meets a girl, and the friendship grew. Little did either of them realize after 2 summers, the miles between them and the age difference, would eventually be the end of the friendship.
Both of them regretting the breakup, but neither one stepping up and admitting they loved each other, Both of them moved on in different directions.
Years later, their paths cross again, would this be a new beginning for them?
