Great story, but the male narrator ruined it.
The male narrator ruins this story. He talks too fast and the way he speaks when relaying the FMC parts - argh- makes the girl sound like a sniveling whiner. Book 1 and 3 in this series is significantly better

Cute little hockey romance
Overall a nice little cutesy story. HEA with little angst or too much drama. Personally found the male narration of the female character a little disconcerting. Even though the FMC was written have a slight southern accent, the female narrator did not read as if they had one, making the back and forth sort of weird.

Terrible male narrator
The accents were not consistent. Almost too clichy for even this corny genre. Still finished it though lol. Smut was uninteresting, but slightly hot at times?
