Elyse Fitzpatrick thoroughly uncovers both the blatant as well as the hidden idols in on our lives. Her style of writing is very approachable and easy to grasp. She provides Biblically-sound principles and approaches to how we should (and must) put these idols in their appropriate places in our lives. I highly recommend reading/listening to this book. (Regarding the audio version, the only negative is that I didn’t like the narrator’s style, lack of dynamics and tone of voice. However, that’s more of a personal thing so you might find her just fine.)
