I have now listened to this book twice. I find Amy McCready’s suggestions to be brilliant, practical and easy to relate to and understand. While full implementation will take me some time, I know that each step that I take will help in my journey to to a calm and loving family that works together because they want to. I have a 6 year old and a set of 5 year old twins. They LOVE mind, body and soul time. It has worked wonders. In addition, I have found success with each strategy I have used from the book. It gives me a roadmap to follow. While I have as much progress to make as a parent as my children have, this book keeps me grounded and focused without feeling like it is an impossible goal to achieve. Each step In the right direction takes us closer to our goal. Thank you Amy McCready for an excellent resource. I will be forever grateful.

this book was very helpful and insightful. I really appreciate it how they laid out the book by giving you the tips, example and then also telling you how to implement it went to implement it and little recaps like that. I've listened to several parenting books and I did find several of them helpful. I really have benefited from combining this book with the other information from the other books. this one gave me more of a way of how to implement them and when to implement.
