This is one of the most useful and important books on customer service to come along in a long while.

I first bought it in hardcover but wanted to also hear it, as the writing style is so engaging and personable and I thought it would make a good way for me to refresh myself in the content and reclaim my inspiration in all things customer service.

In fact, it is a great audiobook. The narrator is super and the conversational style of the book indeed is perfect for listening and learning.

Perfect book, perfect rendition
