After mentally struggling with some of the 9-1-1 calls he had taken and buried, Ricardo found it therapeutic to write about them. He shared his stories via the “Behind the Mic – Stories from the trenches” podcast. With the addition #IAM911 movement, he asked others to share their stories anonymously.
