James Lee Burke is an an incredible writer and this is his best work in the series so far! I am working my way through this series (but it's far from work, just an absolute pleasure). I love this series and the characters and incredible narration bring it to life. I had to jump in and leave a review since I noticed that user reviews are starting to flag later in this series. This book's amazing ! Listen to it!
