I very much enjoyed this story and it’s connections to the dark tower. My only issue with it is the music that was played over the reading in some areas made the story hard to listen to.

The only real issue I have with this audiobook is that the jammed in loud, distracting, sharp fiddle “music” in between every chapter and sub chapters which plays WHILE THE NARRATOR IS STILL READING. I understand it’s supposed to add suspense and intensity but mostly all it does is make it so you can’t hear what is being said during those parts.

It's good overall, but quite slow. It's nothing like It or Salem's lot. There are a few mentions of It characters, but not connection with Pennywise. Patrick Danville appears once.... Unessesary music, very annoying!!!

Good book

The book is full of noisy Sagways that overlap the narrator. Half the time they are so loud you need to turn down the volume. This book took me nearly 3 months to get through because I dreaded hearing the loud and annoying noise throughout. Story was good tho

I love this story but was not enthralled with this performance. The narrator’s voice was over shadowed by the back ground music which seemed scratchy and irritating- I found myself shouting at my app to stop! I would have to turn it down as it was that bad. Then I wasn’t able to hear the narrator. I was disappointed because of this and almost refused to finish listening. Who ever produced this had no idea what they were doing.

I'm only on c3 but the music has to go. It plays too loud and overwhelns the dialogue. I wish there was a way to turn it off.

Music between chapters is horribke

The narrator did a good job, but I could not focus because of the background music. What the actual heck?! I get that it was supposed to add an effect but it was so distracting and so awful, I could barely get through those parts. The music went on for too long, it was terrible and made it very difficult to want to continue listening.

Narrator sounds like Winnie the Pooh. Terrible overly-loud musical interludes. Decent story by Stephen King.

Decent book, bad production

I really enjoyed the story but the background music and noises are distracting. I'm reading all the books related to the dark tower series and this is one of them.

Great story, badly produced

The story on its own was very good but I could barely hear it most of the time because the voice was drowned out by the god awful music that was playing. The music was completely unnecessary, way too loud, and did absolutely nothing to help the story. Sometimes it wasn’t even music, just screeching!! In my opinion this book would’ve been so much much better without the music.
