I love it ! Low carb
One of the best things about this book is that she does not use fake ingredients as a low-calorie alternative to real ingredients. I've got a real problem with chemical or factory alternatives to actual foods, and so does Brandon! His food philosophy is "health before weight," which is something I totally agree with. Niiice

Yummy !Nice one! This book gave me all the incentive i needed plus the shopping lists and WHERE to buy the food was a huge time saver. Love her journey, nothing crazy here and it works. My blood work came back from internist and endocrinologist perfect. My goal is health and this book has made all the difference in a life style change that you can stick too. Money well spent. Lovely! This is soo great! Well done!
