This book helped me get through two breakups. I recently listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed it. It is a bit older (2005) so some of the advice is a bit dated but overall helped immensely during a difficult time

this book says all the things you need to say to yourself, or have said to yourself, in an outside voice that is not judgey but relatable. it made me laugh and giggle when I couldn't do that for myself. It reaffirmed my best option, and that my decision was the right one. When all the doubt pours in, it was nice to have my inside voice be validated.
