À propos de cet audio

Josh "the Shark" Altman has achieved extraordinary success in a traditional industry and in the most competitive real estate market in the country - all without being "discovered" or catching the proverbial big break. He worked for it. He figured it out. He failed. He learned. He wrote his own script.

The key to his success? Confidence - informed, intelligent, calculated confidence. Calculated confidence means training yourself in your chosen field, knowing it so well that you can trust your gut instincts to guide you toward the best possible option. When key opportunities present themselves, you are ready to seize them.

In It's Your Move, one of the stars of Bravo's hit TV series Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles shares invaluable and street-smart strategies for how to build your confidence, establish your reputation, master the knowledge you need to succeed, take the right risks, and course correct when you make a mistake. Drawing on his experiences negotiating multimillion-dollar deals and offering impeccable service to his celebrity and high-profile clients, Altman shows you all the right moves to help you become better, stronger, and more effective - whatever your profession or ambitions.

It is a surprisingly great read! Josh is very articulate and serves up some great lessons. Highly recommended.

Great Read!

This may be one of the worst books I have ever read. Between the horrible cadence of Altman’s narration, and the self-congratulatory tones in each chapter, this book is nothing more than a love letter to himself.

The author’s narration is truly jarring - adding commas and pauses where there clearly shouldn’t be. His self absorbed nature bleeds off of every page and the only emotional connection is the pity I feel for his wife and family for having to ensure this complete narcissist.

This books give you no practical tips on the real estate professions and only succeeds in stroking the authors own ego. His smarmy attitude may work in a vapid town like LA, but for any other place on earth it would have you shunned.

An exercise in arrogance
